Camera POD
Capture waybills, cargo state, and proof-of-delivery. Compressed and uploaded on Wi-Fi when it's available; queued and retried otherwise. The shipper sees the same photo you took.
Border milestones
Approaching → entered → cleared. Each tap pins the time + location to the trip record. Ops sees the timeline; the shipper sees an honest ETA when the border queue is real.
Offline queue
Mutations are written to a local queue first. They sync when the network comes back. The driver doesn't have to remember which milestone they entered offline — the queue does.
Live GPS
While a trip is active the app pings GPS every 30 seconds. Both your fleet office and the shipper see the truck on a live map — same tracking pattern Uber and Bolt give vehicle owners. Drains battery responsibly: pings stop when the trip ends or the app loses foreground.
The performance budget is set against the hardware Hauloop users actually have, not a flagship that costs three months' wages. Same budget applies whether you're opening the app to post a load, manage a fleet, or drive a truck.
