How it works

Post it. Move it loaded. Bring it back loaded.

Three steps. One closed loop. Operational from the first booking on every corridor.

01Shippers

Post a load. Pick a verified truck. Watch it move.

Cargo owners post origin, destination, dates, type, and budget — domestic or cross-border. Verified carriers offer in minutes. Live GPS lets you watch every truck on a map from pickup to delivery.

  • Domestic and cross-border lanes, same flow
  • Side-by-side carrier offers with verification badges
  • Real-time map of your cargo (Uber-grade tracking)
02Carriers

Match the return. Track every truck.

Trucks publish empty return capacity by lane. Backhaul matches in real time. The fleet office sees every active truck on a live map — same idea Uber gives vehicle owners, applied to your fleet.

  • Mark a truck empty — return cargo surfaces in minutes
  • Same Hauloop app for the driver — milestones · POD · live GPS
  • Domestic + cross-border, offline-first for the Sahel
03Operations

Pay on proof. Settle in source currency.

Staged payments held until proof-of-delivery is confirmed. Carrier payouts settle in the carrier's preferred currency. Commissions are transparent on every record.

  • Source-currency settlement — GHS · XOF · NGN
  • FX snapshot pinned at booking award
  • Audit trail on every status transition
The corridor network

Built around the lanes that already move.

Four cross-border corridors and two domestic networks (Ghana, Nigeria). We index the corridors traders, fleets, and forwarders already use — and close the empty-return leg.

Sahel gateway

Read →

Tema ↔ Ouagadougou ↔ Bamako

Coastal port to landlocked Sahel. Highest-value corridor for backhaul, since the inbound leg is well-served and the return leg is where empty miles compound.

Coastal corridor

Read →

Abidjan ↔ Tema ↔ Lomé ↔ Cotonou ↔ Lagos

East–west density along the Gulf of Guinea. Five port cities, four borders, four currencies. The most common multi-leg trip in the network.

Niger gateway

Read →

Cotonou ↔ Niamey · Lagos ↔ Niamey

Coastal-to-Niger inland. Long lanes that historically suffered the worst empty-return ratios; the loop economics are most visible here.

Ghana domestic

Read →

Tema ↔ Accra ↔ Kumasi ↔ Tamale

Coast-to-savannah inside Ghana. Domestic hauls — same currency, same paperwork — for shippers and carriers who don't cross a border. Backhaul matching applies the same way: Tema → Tamale loaded, Tamale → Tema return.

Nigeria domestic

Read →

Lagos ↔ Ibadan ↔ Abuja

South-west coast to capital. Container moves out of Lagos port to inland depots, agricultural produce on the return leg. NGN settlement throughout — no FX exposure for domestic shippers.

Cross-network relays

All eight countries · multi-leg matching

Schema-ready for trip plans that span more than one corridor. Phase 2 enables broker-coordinated relays between two trucks at intermediate locations.

Verified at onboarding

Every carrier, truck, and driver is reviewed by operations before they can accept a booking. Documents are versioned and access-controlled per organisation.

Tracked from pickup to delivery

While a trip is active the Hauloop app on the driver's phone pings GPS every 30 seconds. Both the fleet office and the shipper see the truck on a live map — same tracking pattern Uber and Bolt give vehicle owners.

Documented at delivery

POD is captured by the driver in-app: photo, geotagged, time-stamped. Operations can override only with audit-event traceability.

Settlement on rails you trust

MojoPay handles Ghana mobile-money and card flows; Paystack handles the rest of the network. No third-party wallets, no held funds beyond proof-of-delivery.

Move with us. From your next load.

Loads ship today across all 8 countries — and within them. Whether you're moving Tema → Tamale or Abidjan → Bamako, sign up to join the verified shipper or carrier roster on the Hauloop network.
